Handmade Paper Lanterns

Hi Friends,

A trip to homecenter wanted me to rush back home and try out an idea which had clicked me which checking out the home decor items in there.
I was hooked on to a table lamp with pierced holes and it was too good to look at. I thought about my own version of lalterns and table tops for candles for all types of occasions, be it B'day parties, candle light dinners or simply for a relaxed evening with some good soothing music and colored light emancipating from the cute candle holders.

Here's what I diged at making as soon as I was home and I simply loved making these.

I made a parsley on one and a flower shape on the other, and this flower shape happens to be of one of the stamps set I got. I simple love this one :)

Don't they look cute ??/

They can really jazz up your living space.. and with awesome bright full colors, they are a sure winner..

One good thing is that there can be various colors embedded with the candle flames playing with the base colors..

Here's another shot of them glowing :) I'm sure in love with them. The good thing is they can also be converted into lanterns and a small colored/simple bulb can replace the candle :) Will not that be one of the awesome thing to jazz up a living space with?

A Baby album

A few months as (yes months, precisely in March??) I got a call from a friend of mine and she wanted me to make a baby album for her daughter. It was supposed to have a lot of memories from her first year and her first year keepsake album too and I must say, I was pretty excited to start on the same. But things got tumbled up and I ended up making the album in August( I know that's a lot of delay, but with me not well and stopping all my crafty adventures for a while, there was no choice ) and one good news is... I finally bought a BIGSHOT, the die cutting Machine :) and I'm sooper happy. Now i'm embarking on the journey to collect all my favourite dies :) Finally, I completed the album before I embarked on my long due vacation back to both my homes, I delivered it and I'm sooper happy since it has been loved and liked by all :) I have made a lot of flowers for this album as the album is all girlish and little girls love flowers :) I had a lot of them punched an
