PABD April release!!!

A brand new month and a brand new release!! I'm totally loving the new PABD April #2016 release! Ringing in the New Year!!!

Hello Everyone and wishing you all a very Happy New year!!! It's almost 8 days since we ushered into the new year and one of my promises to myself this year is keeping this blog of mine alive and kicking! 2015 had been a rock and roll journey and with a little toddler my blog land was neglected often. But with the new year, I'm promising myself a blogpost atleast every week! and more participation in the challenges! I'm beginning this new year with a card that I made with my DT supplies of the Peek-a-Boo Designs! The Company is new and holds lots of promises with their nice stamps! The Doodled heart card is all stamped and then coloured using the Faber Castell watercolor pencils and the cupid card is a shaker card! I love love love making the shaker cards! A Shaker Card!!!

I'm showing up new technique at the Imaginations blog today!! Glitter is in trend these days and I was not far behind to use, I pretty much had decided that somehow I'll do incorporate this element into my next task. A book Card

I tried making a book card which has been on my list of to do's for a long time and since we were on break for about 4 months, things kept on adding to my wishlist (both, the one's to be made and the one's to be bought). And seriously both are a type of addiction to a craft lover like me, I know, almost everyone of you know very well what I mean! A few Cards ....

Hello Crafty folks, I have been making a couple cards recently, but didnt not had time to post them up on the blog.. So it's kind of a backlog for them.. but here's a quick post for 2 of my cards that I did recently.. Do tell me how they look !!! :) This is how it looks when it opens up Here's another one !! Now this one has a lovely splash of colors !!! I loved seeing soo many colors, all at the same time and it very well compliments Lulupu's current theme of a color splash.. the colors here would be Yellow, Orange, Green, Purple, Blue and white... Also the Blue rose flower is created using the heart shaped punch and from Pritesh's turorial abou creating a rose flower from a heart shaped punch...  I quite liked the way this one turned out to be!! Napkin Fold Card ...

Hello People, I have been crazy about the special fold cards and I loved the idea of a Napkin fold card. It just drives one with as awesome feeling to having unfold it.... and it looks sooper cool too when it opens up to be a 12*12 from a 6*6 one :) Here's what I made with my Napkin Fold card :) I loved the way the holder for it came out to be. I saw this on Indira's blog about how to hold the card together !!! Another shot of the card.. This is how it opens up to be.. I have made 4 small pockets for 4 circular shaped inserts and have stamped messages on them.. I hope you liked my take on this one.... Love is all around....

Hello People... Def Love is all around, I had happened to see a accordation style card sometime back but then it was made with a die. and I dont have dies, The idea of the card appealed soo much to me that I somehow and anyhow wanted to make it. This gorgeous die is designed by Karen Burniston who is an acclaimed designer for Sizzex and this die can be purchased from here http://www.sizzix.com/product/658035/sizzix-bigz-die-album-accordion-flip-3-d I thank Karen for making such a fab die which looks awesome !!! Here's what I made :) This is how the card looks like when opened.. and well.. who would want to keep it closed and locked.. :) This is my bestest till date.. and I love it! Cascading card ! Love is in the air..

Hello People, I saw a cascading card on the website and did a lot of googling to find out the procedure to make it and found it on Dr. Sonia's site.. :) Here's what I made with my cascading card.. I decided to go floral with this card and have used a lot of flower embellishments in this one :) The netted structure in the pink is hand-woven and yes... it took a lot of time to weave this one :D I added a cute rosette at the back of the card .. There's a ' be mine' tag that I made along with this card. Forever Thankful...

Hi People, My second post of the year and I'm pretty happy and glad to have used my first stamp in the card I made this time. yayy... I bought a stamp set and have user 'forever' sentiments along with the hand-written word Thankful to express gratitude to all my Crafty friends who have helped me in everyway through this crafty journey of mine.. :) So this Card is for all of you.. expressing my love and thanks :) Another angle of the card. A new card

Hi People, I'm always fond of creating new things..I saw a tent card tutorial on the internet somewhere and thought of adding some fun elements in it. Shabby Chic Card

Hey Friends.... I made another card for the Lulupu's this months theme of 'Shabby and Chic Card' I had seen a cute card of a flower basket shape on internet sometime back and thought of applying something similar for this challenge.. after all it was nything apart from the regular rectangle or square shaped cards... Here's what I came up with :) Notice the spiral roses flower, I decided to add some spice there and spiraled up two paper together and came up with the red and blue combination in one and pink and yellow in the other one... Here's the side view of the card... I'm actually loving the shaped cards too... Tri Fold Card

Hi Friendzzzz... Ever since I had seen a tri folded card, I was tempted to try one for myself, I did it this time and somehow I finalised on the blue theme, with some hues of reds.. and it came out to be good.... considering it to my first attempt at this type of the card...
