Love is all around....

Hello People...

Def Love is all around, I had happened to see a accordation style card sometime back but then it was made with a die. and I dont have dies, The idea of the card appealed soo much to me that I somehow and anyhow wanted to make it.

This gorgeous die is designed by Karen Burniston who is an acclaimed designer for Sizzex and this die can be purchased from here http://www.sizzix.com/product/658035/sizzix-bigz-die-album-accordion-flip-3-d
I thank Karen for making such a fab die which looks awesome !!!

Here's what I made :)
This is how the card looks like when opened.. and well.. who would want to keep it closed and locked.. :)
This is my bestest till date.. and I love it!

Close up of one of the flaps...

Close up of the other end....

Another complete angle of the whole card...

This is the front of the card.. Sorry for the blurred pic .. but this was the best one out of the whole lot of the front pictures..

I hope you all liked my creation.. and yes.. I think I should give some rest to my cutter and my poor hands.. they were numb yesterday while cutting everything :D

A Baby album

A few months as (yes months, precisely in March??) I got a call from a friend of mine and she wanted me to make a baby album for her daughter. It was supposed to have a lot of memories from her first year and her first year keepsake album too and I must say, I was pretty excited to start on the same. But things got tumbled up and I ended up making the album in August( I know that's a lot of delay, but with me not well and stopping all my crafty adventures for a while, there was no choice ) and one good news is... I finally bought a BIGSHOT, the die cutting Machine :) and I'm sooper happy. Now i'm embarking on the journey to collect all my favourite dies :) Finally, I completed the album before I embarked on my long due vacation back to both my homes, I delivered it and I'm sooper happy since it has been loved and liked by all :) I have made a lot of flowers for this album as the album is all girlish and little girls love flowers :) I had a lot of them punched an
