quilled paper mobile

So.. I have been bitten by this bug called 'Quilling'...

Quilling or paper filigree is an art form that involves the use of strips of paper that are rolled, shaped, and glued together to create decorative designs. The paper is wound around a quill to create a basic coil shape. The paper is then glued at the tip and these shaped coils are arranged to form flowers, leaves, and various ornamental patterns similar to ironwork.

and it's soooper dooper fun, initially one needs to concentrate on rolling the paper in the right form, but then with practice, you can nail it off....

Here's one which I created, I always wanted to have a paper mobile which is done with the tissue paper and looks amazing with it's all gorgeous colours, but decided to do my own version of a quilled one..
